HOW TO PLACE AND ORDER
1. Please indicate clearly the quantity, style of the item, colour, or any other specification so that the correct item is invoiced and dispatched.
2. You will received a quotation via whatsapp with banking details. You must use your name as reference and send through proof of payment so that we can process your order.
3. If your order is to be couriered, your full delivery address and contact details must be provided.

COURIER
1. Although we try to ensure a smooth delivery. We make use of an external courier company. Once your goods are dispatched we can not control the exact delivery times of your order.

2. We can not be held liable for items lost of damaged in transit. We do ensure proper packaging from our warehouse however we can not guarantee that the package will not be mishandled by the courier company.
FAULTY PUMPS / CAPS
Our packaging products are imported from China. Although we insist on strict factory quality checks – there are instances where pumps/caps are defective therefore causing leakage. We import a high volume and unfortunately we can not test each pump.

We are happy to replace your defective pump upon return. However, we will not be held liable for the leaked content or courier costs.

INTERNET PAYMENTS
Absolutely no orders will be dispatched until your full payment is reflecting into our bank account. If the order is urgent please ensure that you do an immediate payment timeously.

IMPORT TAXES
All orders crossing the boarders will incur import taxes that the customer is liable for. The courier company will assist with facilitating the payment for these import taxes.
Taxes are calculated according to the cost of your order. We can not dictate these costs.
